Ricardo T Xiang is a PhD Candidate in Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Global Change Scholar (2023-2024) at UQ Business School, The University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. 

He holds an MA degree in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva, Switzerland and a dual BSc degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Liverpool, UK and Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China. In 2021, Ricardo spent one semester visiting the Center for Comparative and International Studies (CIS) at ETH Zürich, Switzerland. 

Prior to starting his PhD, Ricardo worked in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Section at Swissnex in China (Science Consulate of Switzerland), where he supported leading Swiss tech companies and start-ups in innovation scouting and strategy formulation.
